Kurama and Kagome on Yahoo! Group is the place where most of the fans live in peace, aside from Fanfiction.net. They sign up and occasionally engage in discussions or answer questions that each other may have. This is also the place that harbors the beginning and love of the pairing for me.

Kurama and Kagome at DeviantArt is the place that gathers a majority, if not all, the fanart on dA featuring the couple and anything related to it. There are a variety of fanart from different artists, and it is worth a look. Time to time, they do hold contests and participants are always loved.

Kurama and Kagome Romance, C2 community on FF.net in the Anime>Inuyasha section and is managed by SorrowfulKikyo. There are 40+ stories and over 70 subscribers.

Kurama x Kagome, the C2 community under the Misc>Anime X-overs section. This is maintained by myself and three other staff members. There are only 10+ stories here, but they are promising reads.

Gold and Sapphire: Kurama and Kagome Stories, the C2 community in General, meaning this had access to any of the sections on FF.net. This is the biggest C2 for the pair with 90+ archived stories and is is maintained by SadBrokenWings along with 30+ other staff members.
